Former Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, Chief Crowther Seth, has officially defected from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He made the announcement today, Thursday, during the Democracy Day celebration organized by the APC in Yola, the state capital.
